Local designers, dancers and the duchess of crowning flourishes, Coco Coquette, will be taking the stage to inspire your Halloween transformations. 13 designs and accompanying performances inspired by the figure of the femme fatale will feature vintage threads from Esther Bangs, beautifully Frankenstein-ed into theatrical masterpieces.
